FAQ

  • Shipping 

Domestic 

All orders placed and sent within Australia are shipped with registered post via Australia Post. Your order will include tracking. 

International 

If your order is being shipped outside of Australia, your order will not include tracking. We will however supply you with your parcel ID number.

We do not take any responsibilities for any parcels that may go missing in transit. All orders are sent to the address that is listed in your PayPal account, please make sure your address is correct and up to date. 

  • Turnaround time 

All items are made to order and our current turn around time is 3-4 working weeks. This turnaround time does not include weekends, public holidays and shipping and handling time. 

  • Refunds 

Due to all items being made to order we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item has arrived faulty we will issue you with a store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping and handling costs) your store credit will be issued to you once we have received the faulty item. All returns of a faulty item must be sent back within 14 working days.
